The SBA-Conti+1500, is the crown jewel of every automated steel factory and can handle up to 1500mm welded beams, a first in the Southern hemisphere.


This state-of-the-art fabrication technology is the beginning of a new era for Samaras Structural Engineers in world-leading fabrication and best practice fabrication.


This technology has increased Samaras’ fabrication capacity by an estimated 800hrs per week, aligning with our ongoing strategy to increase our manufacturing capabilities in the industry.

In-house Protective Treatment: Abrasive Blasting
and Painting
To ensure Samaras Structural Engineers steel fabrications are finished to the highest possible standards, all Abrasive Blasting and Painting is conducted in-house under our full control.


Delivering remarkable efficiency, our state-of-the-art undercover Protective Treatment workshop has ample capacity to handle numerous projects at a time.

Dimensionally Guarenteed

3D modelling and Shop Detailing is conducted in-house for Samaras Structural Engineers projects.
Dimensionally guaranteed, these advanced 3D models provide increased accuracy and facilitate greater production control, including easy clash checking and seamless transfer of CNC Data direct to production machinery.
