Complete with extensive scope, automation and capacity, the Beam Assembly Welding/Straightening Machine:

  • Handles beams from a minimum of 6 metres up to 28 plus-metres in length (and can then process beams back to shorter lengths if required)
  • Has a 200mm to 800mm flange welding capacity
  • Uses two sets of single-arc and double-wire automatic welding machines performing simultaneously
  • Rotates beams automatically throughout the manufacturing process
  • Uses 'One Pass Straightening' Technology while ensuring tight tolerenace requirements
  • Increases Samaras Structural Engineer's capacity for meeting tight schedules

  • CNC Pipe Cutting and Profiling ranging from 50mm to 600mm outside diameter and includes all welding preperations
  • CNC Beam Cutting and Drilling
  • Cleat Processing including Cropping, Punching, Deburring and Marking
  • Automated Blasting
  • Treatment Services
  • Crane Services (including machinery relocation services)
